Team

Stefan Kaczmarczyk, born in Melton Mowbray, is a dedicated dental professional who has been making a significant impact in the field since qualifying from Birmingham University in 1988. In 2006, he took over as practice principal of High Street Dental Care with the vision of establishing a comprehensive dental practice that caters to all dental needs under one roof.

Outside of his professional commitments, Stefan is an avid golfer and enjoys family life with his wife and three adult children.

Dr. Samantha Furlong is a compassionate general dentist with over 20 years of experience at High Street Dental Care. Known for her patient-centered approach, she is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Outside of the practice you will find Sam on the golf course.

Robert has been part of the High Street dental team for over 20 years. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and keeps up to date with new ideas and modern dentistry with regular courses and continued professional development. He prides himself on putting his patients at ease and explaining treatments clearly so that patients feel calm in his care.

Outside of work he keeps busy and active. He is married and has three teenage children.

Stephen is a General Practitioner qualifying in 2003 from Newcastle University. He has undertaken further training in restorative and implant dentistry and always tries to place his patients best interests first and foremost in his treatment planning.

He enjoys tennis and plays in the Leicestershire doubles leagues, where he occasionally comes up against some of his patients. He also enjoys cooking and writing and is currently working on his second novel, which he hopes will be better received with publishers than his first!

Andy is a General Practitioner with over 40 years’ experience of all forms of orthodontics.  He started using the Invisalign system in 2007, becoming a Platinum Elite Provider and has since completed over 1000 cases.  He should have retired years ago, but the improvements Invisalign can make to his patients’ health and well-being means he just wants to carry on!

Most of Andy’s time is spent as a dental educator and mentor.  He became a Speaker for Invisalign in 2010 and has since taught many thousands of dentists from all over the world how to make the most of this incredible system.  He is currently studying for a Doctorate in Education at Nottingham University.

Andy heralds from the Welsh Valleys and pursues his love of rugby as a season ticket holder at Leicester Tigers.  He also loves the mountains, of course, and knows nothing better than walking the fells with his black lab, Jimmy.

Paul graduated from the University of Manchester in 2005. Originally from the East Midlands, he spent several years working on the south coast before moving back to be near family.

In 2009, Paul completed a Certificate in Implantology from the London Eastman Dental Institute. Paul is very passionate about placing implants and has extensive experience in a wide range of procedures, from replacing single teeth to whole mouth makeovers. Paul also has many years of experience in all aspects of dentistry as well as Invisalign and cosmetic treatments. Outside of work, Paul loves spending time with his family. He enjoys travelling with his three young children and taking them cycling and walking with their dog.

Brett has worked at High Street Dental Care since 2016. Previous to joining us, he worked in a number of practices in the East Midlands. during that time, he was a Cluster clinical Director for Oasis Dental Care and spent 5 years as a foundation trainer, educating and supporting newly qualified dentists.

Brett has dedicated a significant proportion of his career to further education and development. He completed a Diploma in Postgrad Dental Studies, an Msc in Clinical education and most recently completed a postgrad diploma in Endodontology from UCLAN. He is also an Associate Fellow of the College of Central Dentistry.

Brett’s development of a special interest in Endodontics is not limited to his qualification. He has invested significantly in modern equipment, most notably his surgical microscope, and believes it to be the combination of education, experience and technology that enables him to achieve top quality results. Outside of work, Brett spends his time with his wife and 2 children, plays footballs regularly and is a Countdown Champion.

Dr. Muataz Osman is a highly skilled dentist with special interest in periodontics and implant dentistry dedicated to providing expert care in gum disease treatment, implant dentistry, and oral surgery. He graduated from the University of Benghazi in 2008 with a BDS and initially worked as a General Dental Practitioner in private practice for six years.

Driven by a passion for excellence, Dr. Osman earned a scholarship to pursue postgraduate studies abroad. He completed a Clinical Master’s in Periodontology at the University of Manchester, graduating with distinction. Recognized for his expertise, he was offered a Clinical PhD in Implant Dentistry at the same institution. In addition, he holds a PG Certificate in Implant Dentistry and another one in Restorative Dentistry from Tipton Training, awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons. Further advancing his skillset, he completed an advanced PG Certificate in Full Mouth Oral Implant Rehabilitation through ICE Hospital in collaboration with the University of Salford.

Dr. Osman’s practice is exclusively focused on periodontics, implant dentistry, and oral surgery. He specializes in treating gum disease through non-surgical and surgical approaches, managing soft tissue conditions, and replacing missing teeth with dental implants – from single-tooth restorations to full-mouth prosthetic solutions. He also performs complex surgical extraction’s.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Osman enjoys playing basketball, watching football, and is a lifelong Manchester United supporter.

Dr Nakul Rajani graduated from the University of Manchester with a BDS degree in dentistry. He completed a year of training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Derby Hospital, and has achieved a Diploma of Membership with the Faculty of Dental Surgery (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh).

Dr Priya Sonia Patel qualified from the University of Sheffield as a Dental Surgeon in 2007. She has a keen interest in facial aesthetics and general well-being which led her to follow her passion into Facial Aesthetics. She also teaches other medical professionals aesthetic treatments by passing on her wealth of knowledge and experience and now works for a reputable international training company called Dema Medical training institute.

In 2016 Priya pursued her career in Dentistry and Aesthetic in exotic Singapore whereby she performed dentistry and facial aesthetics on the local expatriate community!

‘ I love what I do – working as a Dentist and an Aesthetic Doctor. I feel it is really important to build a great relationship with your patients as communication is paramount in addressing patient concerns and in delivering outstanding results. I spend time with my patients during the consultation stage and it is very gratifying to enhance a patient’s aesthetics whilst restoring their confidence and smile. Priya loves her Dental and Aesthetics Career and her week is split into teaching aesthetics 2 days a week and being a dentist for 3 days a week whilst keeping active. She has over 10 years of experience in these procedures and is known for her excellent skills and techniques with the ability to deliver incredible yet natural results

When Priya’s not working, you’ll probably find her in the gym, cooking or in an exotic location wearing SPF 50 and a big hat!

Vish qualified with Honours and Distinction from Sheffield Dental School in 2006. His passion for oral surgery led him to complete the prestigious 18-month Implant Certificate Course at Sheffield Dental Hospital in 2011, and he has been successfully placing implants ever since. Vish’s dedication to ongoing implant education has taken him from the UK to Scotland, Porto and soon Brazil!

With a unique background in cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign, combined with a calm and gentle manner, Vish is equipped to handle challenging cases with confidence. He provides seamless results for patients, whether for single or multiple implant units or even full-arch bridges.

Vish moved from a private practice in Manchester to join HSDC in 2021 to be closer to his family and is married, with the recent addition of a baby girl. He loves a good game of football but is also a keen Tigers fan and enjoys playing his guitar.

Kevin joined his family dental laboratory in 1985. In 1987 the laboratory moved to Oakham and was renamed Oakham Dental Laboratory providing high end private restoration were Kevin work closely with dentists in surgery.

In 2004 Kevin studied at the international Denturist Education Centre in Toronto Canada, the with the Royal College of Surgeons London to be one of the first Denturists in the UK. Kevin has served on the board of directors for the UK Clinical Dental Technicians Association, he is considered to be the leader in CQR dentures and is currently involved with international dental companies on innovative digital dentures and occlusion techniques.

Amy Walker is an experienced and dedicated dental hygienist, having qualified in 2005 whilst serving in the Royal Air Force. Since joining High Street Dental Care in 2008, she has built a reputation for providing excellent patient care, with a special interest in tooth whitening.

Known for her caring and empathetic approach, Amy ensures that every patient feels at ease during their appointments. Outside of her professional life, she a proud mother to two young girls. As a lifelong and passionate Everton FC fan, Amy knows a thing or two about perseverance and patience – qualities she brings into her practice every day. With her caring and professional attitude, Amy is here to help you achieve your best smile and ensure your dental health is always in good hands.

Alice is a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist with years of experience helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Known for her gentle touch and friendly approach, she ensures every visit is a comfortable and positive experience.

Beyond her expertise in preventive care and patient education, Alice is committed to staying updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene to provide the best care possible. She believes in building lasting relationships with patients, making oral health a journey they can enjoy together.

When she’s not working, Alice loves spending time with her dog, Frankie. Whether they’re out for a walk, exploring the great outdoors, or relaxing at home, Frankie keeps her life full of joy and wagging tails.

I qualified as a dental hygienist in 2010 and then went on to acquire a certificate in dental education and worked as a part time clinical educator with the university of Essex .

I love being able to help my patients maintain a healthy mouth and take pride in them leaving an appointment with their mouth feeling fresh, clean, and healthy.

When I am not out on the tennis court, I enjoy walks, spending quality time with family and friends or just relaxing reading a good book.
