After carefully injecting hyaluronic acid into specific areas of your lips, Priya will then sculpt them in accordance with your desired new look. The process usually only takes 15-30 minutes, with minimal discomfort, thanks to the topical anaesthetic cream that will be applied beforehand.

3. Aftercare

During a brief recovery period of just a few hours, you’ll be advised to avoid touching your lips and to stay hydrated. Apply cold compresses to reduce swelling and skip makeup for 24 hours.

  • A lip filler appointment usually lasts just 30 minutes in total. During this time, Priya will cleanse your lips, apply numbing cream, and carefully inject the filler.

  • The sensation has been described as a series of quick pinches as the filler is injected into specific areas of the lips. You’ll have had some anaesthetic applied beforehand to ensure it doesn’t hurt.

  • Priya will assess your facial features during the consultation and recommend an amount that enhances your lips while maintaining a natural appearance. She may suggest starting with a small amount and gradually building up over multiple sessions for the most flattering and safe results. She’ll take an individual approach to each patient.
